When is payment due?
A. Payment for any service rendered will be due on date of service.
Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes deposits are required. The amount of your deposit depends on the service chosen.
What if I want all of my pictures?
A. Your choice of session includes a set amount of pictures you will receive. Anything more is an additional charge.
Does my shoot include a location change?
A. Each session includes 1 location. Anything more is an additional charge.
Can I bring people to my shoot?
A. We are following CDC recommendations at this time. We do ask that clients keep extra guest to a minimum.
When can we expect to receive my photos from my shoot?
A. Photos are typically ready in 2-3 weeks. To receive your photos sooner you can request a rush order which is $175. Please keep in mind that I have multiple photos from multiple shoots that need to be edited and sent out.
What are your rates for traveling?
A. Local shoots ( Hammond/Ponchatoula area) are included in sessions. Traveling over 20 miles from the local area is an additional charge.
What if my online gallery expires before I download my images?
A. You can still receive those images. There will be an additional charge of 50.00 for a new gallery. Be sure to download the images in your gallery to avoid this fee.
What if my location has a fee for photographers?
A. Any fee for photography will be the responsibility of the client. If the venue charges 100.00 for use, you are responsible for covering that charge plus the amount of your session.
